When brewing with CAFE CONCETTO, we recommend the following recipe for a delightful 4-minute total brew time: Start with 15g of freshly ground, medium-sized coffee and 220g of water at 93°C. Using the normal method, load the filter into the cap and screw it on. Add the coffee, then 30g of water to bloom, gently stirring for 30 seconds. Next, add the remaining water, finishing the pour at 1 minute. Cap the AeroPress with the plunger and, at 3 minutes, plunge slowly for 1 minute. Enjoy your perfectly extracted coffee!
