Our filters are suitable for a variety of brewing methods, including Normal or Inverted Brewing, Espresso Style Shots, French Press Style, Americano, Iced Coffee, Cold Brew, and Tea. Depending on your preference, we offer three filter options: Disc Fine for a full-bodied, French press-style coffee; Disc Superfine for a smooth, sweet cup with increased clarity; and Superfine XL for the AeroPress XL.

To brew with CAFE CONCETTO, we recommend a 4-minute total brew time, using 15g of freshly ground, medium-grind coffee and 220g of water at 93°C. Start by loading the filter into the cap, adding the coffee, and pouring 30g of water to bloom, stirring gently for 30 seconds. Then, add the remaining water, finishing the pour at 1 minute. Cap the AeroPress with the plunger and plunge slowly for 1 minute at the 3-minute mark. ENJOY!
