This smart mug needs to be placed on our dedicated heating coaster (do not use any other third-party accessories) and plugged into a power supply to activate the heating function. After using for a while, if there is poor contact between the metal ring at the bottom of the smart mug and the gold pin of coaster, please clean it with alcohol to ensure the ideal 55°C temperature is maintained.
